Not every dish needs to be 100% plant based to help reduce carbon emissions. Simply by reducing meat and dairy in dishes you can help make a difference. Flexitarians will be happy about that too.

THE REAL MEAL DEAL

We will always choose to create menus with real ingredients, rather than using ingredients or products that are either artificial or highly processed. We believe health conscious customers want the real deal, not food substitutes. Plus many of the processed ingredients contain allergens such as soy, wheat and nuts added to them, so in using them, you risk limiting your customer base who can eat them.

But if you do want to explore the many innovative 'meat alternative' options becoming available we can work with you and your team to find a happy balance.

We are chefs with a difference. We are nutrition trained, and recognised as Naturopathic Chefs. This means we have the health credentials to help you cater well not only to customers who are choosing to consider their environmental foodprint, but also the huge customer base looking for healthier choices, catering for specific diets, superfoods and more. We continuously monitor trends to make sure our menus reflect customers current tastes.
